Who SGHT helps
Two industries. One company in each, per area.
The two industries
Foundation Repair
Urgent, high-ticket, and decided in a single afternoon from whoever Google shows on the map. The shortlist is three names and it is made before anyone picks up a phone.
How foundation repair buys →Pool Builders
A long consideration window. Buyers start looking in January and sign in April, so the names they call in spring were chosen in the quiet months nobody is working.
How pool buyers decide →The short list
Why only two
The map behaves differently in every trade
What wins a foundation repair search is not what wins a pool build. Knowing one trade’s map deeply beats knowing nine of them at the depth a generalist can manage.
The same competitors, every time
Working one industry in one area means SGHT already knows who ranks, who buys ads and who is gaming reviews, before the Snapshot starts.
One client per industry, per area
Exclusivity is only worth something if the list is short. Two industries is what one senior strategist can hold without it becoming a promise nobody can keep.
A third would be a decision, not a drift
If SGHT adds an industry it will be because the work transfers, not because someone asked.
Not a fit
Who SGHT turns down
National roll-ups and PE platforms
Multi-market operators buying local visibility centrally. The work SGHT does is specific to one area and one owner who can make a decision that week.
Franchise brands
Corporate controls the profile, the reviews and usually the site. There is not enough left to move to justify the fee.
Anyone wanting reviews bought or gated
No incentivised reviews, no filtering the unhappy ones out before they reach Google. That is against Google’s policy and it is the thing that gets profiles suspended.
If you are one of these, SGHT will say so on the call rather than sell you a Snapshot first.
No pitch if it is not a fit
Not sure whether your business fits?
Ask on the call. It takes about two minutes to find out, and it costs nothing.
