These are the same answers you’d get if you called and asked.
If yours isn’t here, send it to [email protected]. We answer those too.
Money and terms.
The parts everyone asks about first, so they’re first.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly fee, quoted after the Snapshot. We won’t price work we haven’t diagnosed, and you shouldn’t trust a number from someone who hasn’t looked. The Snapshot itself is paid, and it credits in full toward your first month if we go on to work together. If you run ads, that budget goes to Google directly, at cost.
Am I locked into a contract?
Six months, because that’s the season the work needs to mature. There’s a real exit at month three if it isn’t working and we can’t fix it, and after the foundation it’s month to month with thirty days’ notice. People stay because it works, not because they’re trapped.
Do you take a cut of my ad spend?
No. You pay Google directly, at cost, and our fee is flat. An agency that bills your ad budget through its own invoice has a reason to want that budget bigger. We don’t.
What happens if I leave?
Everything is yours. Your profile, your reviews, your listings. They were always yours; we just did the work. On the way out you get a final report, your call data exported, and every asset handed back in order. No hostages.
The work.
What we actually do, how fast, and what we will and won’t promise.
What is a Visibility Snapshot?
A hand-built analysis of where customers actually find you. It covers Maps, the AI answers, and the paid results, plus the competitors beating you and a prioritized list of what to fix first. Every engagement starts with it, because we don’t take on work blind. More on the Snapshot →
How fast will I see something?
Activity starts right away, and you’ll see it. The profile rebuild, the review system, and the cleanup all happen in the first weeks, and the full foundation is in place within 30 to 45 days of getting access. That part is in writing. Rankings and calls compound more slowly and mature over the first three to six months. Anyone promising faster is describing work they aren’t doing.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s results or an AI’s answers, so a guaranteed number one is either inexperience or a keyword nobody searches. What we will put in writing is your foundation complete within 30 to 45 days, and measurable movement on reviews, ranking, calls, or AI presence by month six. If that movement isn’t there, we keep working at no charge for up to two more months.
What is AI search optimization, actually?
When someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini who to call, the answer is assembled from what the models can actually read. That means Bing, third-party reviews, directories, “best of” lists, and the structure of your site. We make sure all of it says the same, correct thing about you. Then we ask the assistants your customers’ real questions every month and show you the answers.
Do you build websites?
No. We work on how your site reads to Google and the AI engines, which comes down to the content, the structure, and the schema underneath it. A full design or rebuild isn’t ours. If you need one, we’ll point you to someone good and be glad we did.
Working with us.
Who you get, who we turn away, and why the list is short.
Who actually does the work?
The senior strategist who diagnoses your business runs your account and answers your email. No account managers, no handoffs. The production work behind the strategy is handled by vetted specialists we manage and quality-check ourselves. That’s how you get the senior person on every call and email without paying for an agency’s org chart. One person is accountable for all of it.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. One company per industry, per area, in writing, for as long as we work together. If we’re working with you, we turn down the business down the road.
Why only foundation repair and pool builders?
Because knowing a trade well means we already know your season, your competition, and what a job is worth. A generalist learns your business on your budget. In another industry? Tell us anyway. If we can’t help, we’ll say so and point you at someone who can.
