Fair questions. Straight answers.

The Snapshot is $497, and it credits back if we work together. Ongoing work is a flat monthly fee quoted from what the Snapshot finds. Six-month term with a real exit at month three, then month to month. One senior strategist on your account, and one client per industry per area.

Money and terms

What does it cost?

The Snapshot is $497, flat, same for everyone. Ongoing work is one flat monthly fee with no setup fee, no percentage of your ad spend, and no per-lead charges. What it lands at depends on what the Snapshot finds, and you’ll hear the number on the walkthrough call rather than after a week of follow-ups. The full range is on the pricing page.

Why is the Snapshot paid when everyone else audits free?

Because a free audit is a sales pitch wearing a lab coat. It’s built to find exactly enough wrong to justify the call that follows.

Ours takes five days of real work and is built to be accurate, which occasionally means telling you your profile is fine. You keep it either way, at a private link, forever.

Am I locked into a contract?

Six months, and we’ll explain it rather than bury it. Local search needs a season to mature, so at eight weeks you’d be judging a half-built thing.

That’s why there’s a real exit at month three, and why we’re the ones who put that checkpoint on the calendar. After the six months it’s month to month with thirty days’ notice, and no auto-renew games.

Do you take a cut of my ad spend?

No. You pay Google directly, at cost, and our fee is flat. An agency that bills your ad budget through its own invoice has a quiet reason to want that budget bigger. We don’t want that reason.

What happens if I leave?

Everything is yours. Profile, reviews, listings, call data, reports. Within fourteen days of any ending you get a final report, your data exported, and every asset handed back in order.

Do you do refunds?

Not on work that’s been delivered.

What we do instead is stop charging you properly. If we miss a commitment your bill drops steeply while we fix it, or you leave with everything handed over. You choose. Prepaid months you haven’t used come back to you.

The work

What’s a Visibility Snapshot?

A hand-built analysis of where customers find you. A 49-point rank grid, what five AI engines say when someone asks who to call, your competitors by name, a directory audit, your profile pulled apart, and a prioritised ninety-day plan. Then a thirty-minute walkthrough where a person explains it. Five business days.

How fast will I see something?

Activity starts immediately and you’ll see it. The profile rebuild, the review system, and the listing cleanup all happen in the first weeks, and the full foundation is in place within 30 to 45 days. That part is in writing.

Rankings and calls compound more slowly, over three to six months. Anyone promising faster is describing work they aren’t doing.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s results or an AI’s answers, so a guaranteed number one is either inexperience or a keyword nobody searches.

What we do put in writing: your foundation complete in 30 to 45 days, and measurable movement by month six on reviews, map rankings, calls, or AI presence. Measured against numbers we write down together in month one. If none of the four moves, you choose. Leave clean, or two more months at a steep discount while we fix it.

What is AI search optimisation, actually?

When someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini who to call, the answer gets built from what those models can read. Bing, reviews, directories, “best of” lists, and the structure of your site.

We make sure all of it says the same correct thing about you, then ask the assistants your customers’ real questions every month and show you the answers. Including the months where your name isn’t in them.

You install call tracking. Do you record my calls?

No. Never, on any account. Call tracking is how we tell which marketing produced which phone call, so you can see what your money bought. It logs who called, when, from where, and which source sent them. That’s all it does.

No audio is recorded, stored, or transcribed anywhere in our systems.

The tracked number only ever goes on your website. Your real number stays on your profile and every directory, so nothing needs migrating if we part ways.

Do you build websites?

No. We work on how your site reads to Google and the AI engines, which comes down to content, structure, and the schema underneath. We’ll build service and city pages as we go. A full design or rebuild isn’t ours, and if you need one we’ll point you at someone good.

Working with us

Who actually does the work?

The senior strategist who diagnoses your business runs your account and answers your email. No account managers, no handoffs, no quarterly reshuffle where your contact changes and the new one asks you to re-explain your business.

Do you work with my competitors?

No. One company per industry, per area, in writing, for as long as we work together. If we’re working with you, we turn down the shop down the road.

Is my area already taken?

Maybe. Ask on the call and we’ll tell you straight. If it is, we’ll say so in the first five minutes instead of the last five.

Why only foundation repair and pool builders?

Because knowing a trade well means we already know your season, your competition, and what a job is worth. A generalist learns your business on your budget. If you’re in something else, tell us anyway. If we can’t help, we’ll say so and point you at someone who can.

Do you work with franchises or private equity backed companies?

No, and it’s not personal. They come with a corporate marketing department, and we’re built specifically for the owner-operated company competing against them. If your site has a “franchise opportunities” footer or a parent company’s brand page, we’re not the right fit.

Let’s look at your visibility.

Thirty minutes on the phone. We’ll go through where you stand and what we’d do about it. You’ll leave with a clearer picture either way.
