Hold us to these.

Eight commitments are written into every SGHT agreement, each with a stated consequence if we miss it. Break one and either your remaining term dissolves or your bill drops to a steep discount while we fix it. We never guarantee rankings, lead counts, or what an AI will say. Nobody controls those.

What we’ll never guarantee

Nobody controls Google. Nobody controls what ChatGPT says. Anyone promising you a number one ranking or a set number of new customers is either new at this or lying to you, and it’s worth knowing which before you sign anything. Three things in particular:

  • A number one ranking
  • A set number of new customers
  • What an AI assistant will say about you

So we don’t make those promises. What we promise is the work, meaning the parts we control, and honest reporting on what it’s producing.

Every promise below is backed the same way. If we break it, you’re free to go. The agreement holds you exactly as long as we’re delivering.

The eight

  1. 1. You get the senior person. Always.

The person you talk to on the first call is the person who does the work. Runs your diagnostic, builds your reports, answers your emails, for the whole engagement. You’ll never get handed to an account manager or a junior you’ve never met, because there isn’t one to hand you to.

  2. 2. Plain terms, and no surprises in the paperwork.

No late fees. No cancellation fees. No auto-renew tricks. We work to earn the renewal every month, including the first six. After that foundation period it’s month to month with thirty days’ notice, so you can act on it. Your rate never changes mid-engagement, and any future change comes at renewal with sixty days’ notice.

  3. 3. Everything is yours, on the way out.

Your Google profile, your listings, your reviews, your data, your reports, your roadmap. Handed back complete within fourteen days of any ending, at no charge, no matter why or how it ends. No exit fees, no held logins, no hostages. If we have to hold your things to keep you, we haven’t earned you.

  4. 4. Your competitors can’t hire us.

One company per industry, per area, for as long as you’re a client. For foundation repair that’s metro scale, so one client locks a metro. For pool builders it’s your real build catchment, roughly a thirty to forty-five minute drive. We agree the exact boundary with you at signing and it goes in the agreement as a map.

  5. 5. A real exit at month three, and we’re the ones who raise it.

At month three we sit down and go through the numbers together, and we’ll raise the problems before you have to. If it’s not working and we can’t fix it, you exit the rest of the term with thirty days’ notice.

The six months gives the work the season it needs. The checkpoint means your real exposure is three months, not six.

  6. 6. Your foundation, complete in 30 to 45 days.

Google profile rebuilt, listings everywhere, review engine on, call tracking live, dashboard up, ninety-day plan delivered. All of it inside forty-five days. If we blow that and it’s our fault, your bill drops to a steep discount until it’s done. Still not done by day ninety and you’re free to walk, with everything we built handed to you.

One fair catch, in both directions. The clock only runs when you’ve given us what we need. Logins, photos, approvals. Delays on your side pause it.

  7. 7. Measurable movement by month six.

By month six, at least one of these four will have measurably improved: reviews arriving, your map rankings, your phone calls, or where you show up across Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and the AI tools. Not our opinion of “improved,” but the exact numbers we write down together in month one.

If none of the four has moved, you pick. Walk away right then, clean, with everything handed over. Or stay two more months at a steep discount while we go fix it. If it still hasn’t moved after that, you walk.

  8. 8. The responsiveness standard.

Emails during business hours get answered the same day. After hours, next business day. Urgent texts get acknowledged fast.

We call this a standard rather than a guarantee on purpose. Better to deliver it consistently than promise something built to break on one bad day. On the rare day we can’t hold it, you’ll hear that from us first.

What “backed” actually means

Two things, and nothing else exists.

You’re released. If we break a commitment, your remaining term dissolves. You’re free to leave, immediately, with everything handed over.

Or your bill drops steeply while we fix it, capped at two discounted months across the whole engagement so it can never become a way of limping along.

Let’s look at your visibility.

Thirty minutes on the phone. We’ll go through where you stand and what we’d do about it. You’ll leave with a clearer picture either way.
