How we work

The work is unglamorous. So is the honesty.

Most of what we do is a checklist nobody finished. It works because we actually do it, every month, and tell you the truth about how it’s going.

There is no proprietary method here. There’s a diagnosis, a list of things that are broken, and someone who keeps doing them after the enthusiasm wears off.
That last part is the whole business.

Look

We find out what your customers actually see when they go looking for what you sell, on Google, and in the answers the AI tools give. Not what you hope they see.

Fix

We correct what’s wrong and build what was never there. Profile, reviews, listings, content, the site. In the order the diagnosis says, not the order that’s easiest to invoice.

Keep going

Visibility isn’t a project you finish. It’s a position you hold. We keep working it, and we tell you plainly, every month, how it’s going.

Diagnosis before prescription

We won’t propose work before we’ve looked. Prescribing without diagnosing is how agencies end up billing for the wrong thing for a year.

Transparency over comfort

If something isn’t working, the report says so. We’d rather have the awkward conversation early than manage your perception quietly.

Infrastructure over hustle

Repeatable systems beat heroic effort. Less romantic than a war room, and the reason nothing gets dropped in month seven.

Long relationships over short wins

We optimize for the client who stays three years, not three who churn at six months. That shapes our pricing, scope, and what we’ll promise.

We refer out what isn’t ours

Inside local and AI search, we’ll figure anything out. Outside it, we’ll send you to someone better, and be glad we did.

Narrow on purpose

Two industries, not twelve. A generalist has to learn your business on your budget. We’d rather already know it.

You’ll never wonder what we’re doing

A video every fortnight. A report every month. A call you can bring anything to. If a month goes quiet, something has gone wrong. Silence is not a service.

You get the senior person. Always.

The person who diagnoses your business is the one who runs it, and the one who answers your email. No account manager relaying messages between you and someone you’ve never met.

The bad news comes first

If a month goes sideways, that’s the first line of the report. Not a footnote on page four. You’ll hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

Your competitors can’t hire us

One company per industry, per area. If we’re working with you, we turn down the business down the road. That’s the deal, and it’s in writing.

We never touch your ad budget

You pay Google directly, at cost. We never mark it up, never take a cut, never bundle it into an invoice you can’t read. Our fee is flat and it’s the only one.

A real exit, stated up front

Six months to let the foundation mature, with a genuine exit at month three if it isn’t working. Then month to month. People stay because it works, not because they’re trapped.
